It's the first lesson of using our blogs. In our groups, we discussed the theme of our magazines and- decided on the name of TWANG!.  The main genre of this magazine will be hip- hop and R'N'B, and the target audience will be 13-25. We discussed the price of the magazine will be around £2.95- a reasonable price for a magazine that is aimed at a big audience.

The magazine will also have a website- which can be suitable for online readers, the name of the website will be www.meek.twang.com. The word 'meek' consists of all the first letters of the groups individual first names.

in this lesson we learned about magazines and the media. We first learned about the different audience's that read the magazines. We discussed the front cover of a hip-hop magazine called HIP-HOP collection. We spoke about how the people on the front cover were layered together to make it look as if they all took the picture together, when the truth is they all took the pictures different times and in a studio. We then discussed our own idea's for our magazines. The name of the magazine is TWANG!. The main genre is hip-hop and r'n'b, the target audience will be 13-25. The price of the magazine will be £2.95 which we all agreed was a reasonable price for our target audience.

50 cent is one of the most famous and influential hip-hop artists of the 21st century.
